Sure – if you like! It works fine without the under-arm or under-nipple point, and those points put a lot of people off as they are embarrassing. If you find that it doesn’t work for you without those points, include them.

I tried it and I also included reiki in it, I was sending the energy to the points where you were tapping and my whole body got real hot, it is an amazing feeling.
