Using EFT in the wrong brainwave state is a bit like swimming without water. You’ve got to have the proper brainwave context of slower alpha and theta rhythms to reach the sub-conscious and make the deep, inner change that will last and not just relax you and convince you that you’ve made change when you really didn’t reach down nearly as far as you could.
