I did reply a couple of days ago and I see that it is not posted… so here again… Yes, I can see and feel the difference; more energy, less negative thoughts; attracting more of what I want and choose; I tap 3 or 4 times a day and I tap the B Y’s videos. Hi Brad. I am writing from São Paulo, Brazil and I just found out abou EFT. I am feeling better and better every day, practicing all the tapping I can reach. The book started me on tapping , but I found the videos easier to understand. I am one of the Louise Hay´s facilitators and I´ve found EFT a tool much easier to assimilate fot those looking for healing body, mind and soul.

I have started the Love beyond Belief, since listening and tapping everyday, I have been having some pretty scary, intense dreams, I am just wondering if this is related, common when using EFT?

When we are doing clearing work, we often uncover stuff that isn’t too pretty. Our minds use our dreams as a healing process – it may be that your subconscious is using your dreams to do just that with some stuff that might be coming up as you tap. In the guided imageries I do at the end of most sessions and teleclasses, I always give a suggestion for the subconscious to continue the healing process in the person’s dreams.

It could be a number of things – but I am confident that if you keep doing clearing work it will open – whether you become consciously aware of what it was or not. Sometimes we don’t need to know.
this has been happening with me too… it is getting less and less dramatically – and since I started this video in august… I have noticed the negative people moving out of my life and I have a peace about it! Positive, fun people have taken their place quickly!
