How long after you do a session of EFT does it work/ correct your problem?

For example, I have a tight throat from anxiety so I am going to apply the EFT to the problem.

MY SETUP:
Even though my throat feels like it has been tightened up by a vice (lol), I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

How long after I do one round of EFT will it loosen my throat so I can talk again?

    I would say it can vary . Many times, the outward issue, that you are working may not be the core issue. EFT can help to bring out the core issue and cure the issue completely. A few minutes to a few minutes – can be the range.

    You can check some case studies on emofree.com . if you are convinced and have faith in it, that can quicken it
