Thanks David, this is great stuff. I’ve been working with these methods for quite some time, and I’ve noticed it has a cummulative affect on a general shift in my conscious awareness and energy altogether, elevating me, and the world I experience around me.
I’d also like to comment on your suggestion to send love and lite. I found that we are quite uncomfortable when we allow negative emotions or consciounsness to block our love and light. This is what we are made of and our ultimate life strength. When blocked, it feels bad. When we release it, as you suggest, we feel the immediate benefit for self as well as for those we project it to. Powerful move. Love goes out!!!

yes, you are correct… the music playing is from the film ‘the secret’ and the genie says… “your wish is my command”, watch the film and you’ll hear it loads, it’s even on the soundtrack which is what you can hear playing in the background
