This actually works, and I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t done it myself. I did it at one of my counselling sessions for a traumatic experience years earlier, and it went from a ten to a zero. No kidding. My tapping involved like ten spots on my body, you can look up EFT and see all about it. Very interesting. I also used it for my anxiety very often before I would go into a very stressful job, it helped me immensely. This can be done for a headache, stomach ache, anything. Unbelievable.

By the way, if anyone is interested, good reading to help understand the energy in your body and how it works to bring more positive things in your life, sounds weird, but I was a sceptic BIG time, try to read “The Law of Attraction”, and also “Zen and the Art of Happiness”, very good and easy reads.

Yeah I too have been extremely unimpressed with the videos posted lately. I don’t need my time wasted hearing about New Age bunk.

    define new age…

This shows me another way of becoming self aware rather than just focusing from the inside at first. This is a good way to search for your energy levels from the outside by saying it out loud.

Getting away from the paganism of new agism is a good choice that you can make if you see the paganism for what it really is.

when was basic psychology with a little bit of science and lots of clinical study become paganism?

  21. riotriotriot55

Tapping was one of the first techniques I used to combat my alcoholism and BPD. it really helped to focus on what I wanted to accomplish.

I havent seen him post a video in a while, but tapping works. it’s just self hands-on technique

  22. SkepticalCritical

That girl looks like Natalie from Facts of Life.

  23. jystyle

this video is a scam because no matter what you do someone pushing down on an extended arm always wins, i know this because of Martial Arts.

  24. MICHAELMEMISBACL

Someone said “New Age bunk.” The label of New Age would apply to whatever is New Age about any of these videos.

  25. Colortiniz

@gyrgrls they are green because whoever made this doesn’t know how to use a green screen.
