    I replayed the beginning of this movie 3 times and couldn’t figure out what you were talking about when you said to rub the sore spot. Then I thought I must not be understanding what you said, until I touched my chest.
    OK I want to know how in the world you knew I have a very sensitive area on my chest when I didn’t know it was there?? :)

    Hi Cheryl, the sore spot is an area of lymph where we get congestion or blockage.
    I suggest you visit Gary Craig’s website -address is in the About This Video blurb – and download his free manual. This will explain everything clearly on how to carry out EFT correctly. My video is just a visual aide.

    Hi, I suffer with anxiety and depression and have just been through the tapping sequence with you and I do feel a bit better. I felt quite upset this morning but that has lifted a bit now so I will put this page on my favourites list and run through the sequence with you a couple of times each day. Thank you.

    While I appreciate your comment, you can’t deny the fantastic results achieved by millions of people using this method. I suggest you try suspending your opinions and actually try it for yourself ….try it on your negativity! :~)

    meow1964, The only “real help” you will find through traditional medicine is how to medicate yourself by covering up the symptoms and never really resolve the actual problem related to your symptoms. Then you will develop side effects from that medication to which you will be given more medication to cover those syptoms etc.

    meow1964- how can you call me a simplistic person when you have never met me & have no idea who i am?mumble beads hahaha! i saw a guy doing that once when i was out of town at a hotel & it creeped me out. but who am i or YOU for that fact to judge another for thier beliefs? maybe it helps him ~ even if only in his mind. sounds like you yourself may be a bit jaded. :P of course i wouldn’t want heart patients & ppl on insulin to stop their treatments. that would be very foolish indeed.

    Hello Sioux,

    Many thanks for a very well made demo of this technique, which I do know about. But I have a specific question:
    In my case, a big cause of anxiety is when I find myself alone in a foreign country (nearly always) and with no friends or relations to contact in case of need. So, although EFT can and does help, of course, it cannot take away the basic cause of my anxiety – which is a fact, whichever way I look at it.
    I would be interested to know your comments on that.

    Well you seem pretty aware of what the cause of your anxiety is Brian you now need to narrow it down to a specific core issue. Use EFT to reduce the phyisical symptoms of discomfort first (Palpatations, knot in the gut etc). What is so distressing about having no one to turn to? What does that specifically bring to mind? Abandonment issues? Was there ever a time you felt totally alone & helpless? All these type of questions will lead you in the right direction I suspect. xxx

    Choose the issue you are tapping on like… I deeply and completely love and accept myself even though I am hurting over the way John treats me… Then you tap on that in all the areas – you can use a shorter reminder phrase instead of the whole phrase. For instance: the way John treats me.
