Yes I see myself in some of the statements in each chakra med.. and some more than others.. that is the beauty of playing with EFT there is so much awareness and conscious shifting.. :-)

@mailmithunp you can use positive statements in place of the “accept myself” but be sure that you have acknowledge the feelings you really have about the event/issue that you are working on (while tapping) before ‘forcing’ positive statements on yourself.
