    I am not sure whether I understand. You mean that if I tap with “I release all fear , emotional trauma, betrayal” etc. I cure the core of problem too ?

    And what about karate chop (event though I have … I love myself), you dont use it ?

    There is a structure to having any problem and when you address that structure you release the ability to produce the problem. I will seldom use the karate chop to address the problem because my setup is to go inside and YOU identify the problem and then we release it. YOU can use it and I still do at times. Using what works get results. YOUR most powerful tool is persistence.

    That is exactly true!!!! You must also change your ability to produce the social anxiety. You my be using “What if” or you maybe making up movies or imagines to produce the phobia or you have not changed the past memories that your mind is using to create the fear. Do you really want it to go? What happens when it is gone. Well you must clear the sensations because it is what makes it real.

    Understanding that everything represents everything, so when you address parts with a new mental setup to release all the remaining unconscious parts it clears what you dont know consciously. I will have to say this-the core of all problems is birth & how we represent life. The key is HOW and not why! When you look for why you may never find it but HOW is easy to find. SOME EFTers operate from the “If you know why then you can heal” syndrome which doesn’t all ways work b/c emotions are different

    Hi Robert,

    when you tap on aspects (and use karate chop), do you use after that statements:”I release all fear, all sadnesses” etc. too ?
    I mean ,when I tap on aspect, is it more effective to use these statements or classic statement : “this problem” ? Or statements like I release all fear, sadnesses … are good only on negative experiences ? thanks

    If you are using the traditional style, I would after you identify the problem “Even though I have this (problem) I love and accept myself” then as you tap the points say “I release and let it go” When you use the listing of problems is a different process.

    Just curious, one needs to focus on the negetive emotion before and while tapping in order to get rid of it. According to the law of attraction, giving that negative emotion your energy and thoughts – doesn’t it attract more of that negative emotion?

    Where do the negative emotions come from? They come from within you from your own memories. Once you release them from within you will no longer attract them into your life. What you hold in mind you attract the same kind. If you have a lot of negativity within you and the emotional level is 100 and you keep trying to be positive and that level is a 10 which one wins? Whichever have the most emotional strength. We must empty our minds of the negativity and replace it with what you want.

    Well, something funny happened. I had stumbled on your videos and practised your techniques for the last couple of weeks. The segment where you imagine that you uproot a tree and the tree fall over. Well, I don’t know what to say, I had this visual technique to get rid of my emotional trauma. This morning, a 12 feet shrub had fallen over in our front yard. I feel better and my insomnia is lessened, but I have to pay to have that tree-like shrub hauled away.

    Robert, I suffer from anxiety and depression. I’ve been doing EFT with not much success. Am I pshycologically reversed and what do I do to correct that? Today I did the collarbone breathing excercise but didnt notice any difference.

    I don’t believe in this concept pshycologically reversed but rather you need to break down what, why and how you are depressed. Depression is a skill and belief with a trail of many proofs. Watch video 118 and write your list. Start clearing out the list. One does not have depression but rather one does depressing things to self, which is based on internal skills.     Students of LOA often resist resisting. For myself, it is best to embrace/LOVE the emotion and let is flow through me, while tapping it out. I love your method of combining EFT and NLP! I do The Work with both, as well as Hooponopono, HoloDynamics, PSYCH-K, etc.

    There were so many times I should have tapped out emotions when they were there, at the highest feeling of 10, because like you said you have emotions on shelves inside you and carry it with you and it will be brought to the surface once something triggers it.

    I know now that when I feel that 10 I will tap it out to a zero. I’m on my way to peace… thank you! <3

    Robert, is it possible to “over tap”? Today I tapped on alot of stuff. Later on in the day I felt sort of flu-like and nauseous. I tapped on that too and it passed. I’ve noticed when I tap on really old stuff from my Personal Peace list I want to fall asleep (and do many times). Sometimes I get cold chills and sleep too. Is this just processing? I assumed it was.

    I don’t think you can over tap but rather under tap. Wanting to sleep means your mind needs to process the changes you have created inwardly. It is like you said processing the new shifts.     It really doesn’t matter what language as long as you 1. aim at the feeling or sensation 2. tap and say something like “let it go or I release it or I am safe to let it go” 3 Check to see if it is gone and if not do it again. 4 Change the meaning to a positive

    I basically resist, and refuse stepping out of my comfort zone, which I know is there to protect me. So how would I form my “statement” or “command”, as I Tap, allowing my conscious to take-chances, and risks, WITHOUT CARING about being embarrassed, humiliated, or even getting into physical confrontations with other alpha-males, if I don’t succeed?
    Uncertainty is really a bitch to overcome, your suggestion(s) are very welcomed.

    I would look for times and places you felt embarrassed, humiliated and the physical confrontations. Tap and change each one of those by changing them to where you are on top of each situation because these are your commands and statements that keep you trapped in a pattern of fear. Only your ability to produce Uncertainty is the bitch and now knowing how you do it. Peace to you Mahalo does start inside you. Robert
