    Robert,
Great Video. Thanks so much for the outstanding content. I used this video to help a client with past emotional trauma from a relationship. When we found the root she was in tears. By the end of the session (under 10 mins, for sure) it was “no big deal”. i would not have believed it had I not used it and seen it first hand…remarkable.

You are so welcomed and healing is the best gift you can give anyone! “No big deal” is a great conformation of an expert at work…. Keep up the great work… I have great training DVDs too.

Excellent Video Robert! I would highly recommend that people watch this video First!

Before seeing this procrastination video I often found myself procrastinating “tapping”, maybe now I won’t do that anymore.

What can I say, being fairly new to tapping, I didn’t know which issue to start with first? Apparently I also didn’t realize that Procrastination is possibly even the culprit to other issues… ??

    Thanks for the great vid!

    Pratishtha,
You are the amazing one because you applied and stayed with it until you are healed. Good Job and two tumbs up and lots of love. Robert

  8. HealingMagic

Procrastination is a skill based on other issues that was tying to keep you safe and congruent with old beliefs. KEEP TAPPING Robert

  9. HealingMagic

    I agree with you!!

Robert, with all due respect. I can almost promise n guarantee that these techniques will not work for me…they really annoy me..just the questions and pace and suggestions make me want to ignore and build a wall right away..i really wish it wasnt the case. Im highly annoyed by the easily seen suggestions and leading of the technique..is it just me or do u find this with others as well?

  11. jhc2480

If I may jump in here.. you are demonstrating that you have an issue of being annoyed. This is not the procrastination itself. The idea then is to address being annoyed first before addressing procrastination. Try tapping on your statement, “they really annoy me” by thinking about it and saying, “let it go” as Robert teaches.

Also, how would no longer procrastinating be a disadvantage for you? The answer may reveal or point to what you are running away from.

To change your habits, you have to manipulate yourself somehow. Suggestions and NLP techniques or tapping work very well, whereas “will power” or resolutions fail to adress the cause of the problem: destructive beliefs.
Of course you get annoyed if someone tries to manipulate you without consent.
But if you are tapping yourself, you can decide what to suggest. When you are clear about what you want to change, you shouldn’t be afraid to change it.

EFT as in tapping on Meridian points is absolute nonsense, check out James Randi’s sceptc site (he offers a coolmillion ifyou can prove EFT or any other mumbo jumbo works, why no takers from EFT?). Psychologically it could have some placebo effect but no more than that.

  14. HealingMagic

Placebo effect is the minds ability to heal itself. Nocebo affect is the minds ability to keep what works from working. Research show its effectiveness.

  15. CloudsBeyond

If it works go to James Randi/Skepdic site and take on the million challenge, all you have to do is prove EFT works scientifically and you win a cool million. It is open to any alternative health therapy. People saying it works is NOT scientific proof.

  16. HealingMagic

Unfortunately the scientific model for change sucks when it come to thought and internal representations. You can not see it to do a blind study.

I was distracted the whole time I was watching this with the lovely Elyse. Who is she?

  18. pszmiami

Hello Robert, good job, congrats, Do this works at once for ALL procrastination, meaning you have to do it only once or is especific by case?

  19. HealingMagic

Procrastination is a skill of avoidance so you may have to address the different areas or maybe the main driver or emotion. It is very subjective to each person. That is why the scientific model can’t be used.

    very cool

Could people in the 1800s scientifically explain gravity? It still worked didn’t it?

We don’t even have a clear idea of why still fall to the ground we’re still in theory, but we don’t doubt it do we. It’s simply that we haven’t found scientific reasoning for it.

I believe in time there will be a scientific explanation of how EFT works, but only if the Western medical community considers it.

  22. CloudsBeyond

Tapping on different points stimulates Merdian accupuncture points , seriously think about it what pure mumbo jumbo pseudo scientific quackery! What next tapping on the Bell-End? It could work.

  23. resellworld

yeah, me too,…i would love to just juggle those plump breasts around with my head in between like brrrrbrrbbrbrrrbrrbbrrr!

  24. miketkong

I would need to see records of her performance for at least a few months before and after the procedure to really be convinced of anything. There is no evidence here to support she was a chronic procrastinator and none to show she overcame that.

    true true!!!!
