Hi, could you help me, please ? When I tap on very bad situations that happened to me, my emotional pain is going down, but I get strong headache (pressure with pain). I tried to tap on that headache, but it doesnt work or difference is very small.
Could I use bad affirmations or I should repeat it until it is gone ? thank you
As you tap on the emotional situation it create internal shifts in the mind. The mind stored the memory, so as your tapping on those situations, neurological shifts are occurring. The headaches are also emotional shifts so you continue until you reach peace. It is all good as long as you are letting go of the fears, stresses, and emotional upsets. A good idea is to drink lots of water, take a nap, and give yourself a mental break because you are creating changes on many levels. The mind needs to reorganize your inner world. If you have dreams tap on the emotions it may stir up. It’s all about healing your heart/mind. Loving yourself is the end result along with peace. Robert

So, if I tap and headache occurs, should I tap on headache first (until it is gone) and after that continue with problem, or I should tap on problem to the end (with strong headache) and after that tap on headache ? thanks
Whichever you feel is most prevalent, I don’t think there is a wrong to that situation because there will be shifts. When you are done, always find a positive memory to feel good, or go to the memory and make it a positive one. Robert
Thank you Robert, I have watched almost all of your videos on youtube,I cant stop watching it :).Could I ask some questions about that?
1.When do you use karate chop?
2.While tapping on collarbone,do you choose exact affirmations (for certain situation) or only optional bad feelings?
3.I read the book Heal your body and I would like to ask,if I affirmate something,do I have to repeat an affirmation a couple of days ? Or it is enough only once?
4.How do you avoid psychological reversal ?
and 5.last question , I tried muscle test on some statements for example , I want to be healthy. And it was negative. I started to meditate, turned on alfa tone and told myself that I want to be healthy and vizualizated that. after 25 minutes I tried muscle test , result – negative ..After that I used EFT on that , result -pozitive,, does it mean that EFT is so much powerful as vizualization ? SO, if I want to achieve something it is better to tap it than to vizualizate it ?

1.I use the karate chop or any other single point to do something like “even though I have” the purpose is to address a belief, or reframe a problem.
2.The collarbone point is like any other point you are releasing the bad & affirming the positive.
3. The problem coming from the old EFT style is that it is a words process but this Faster EFT you are combining everything, words, feelings and images which is more effective because you are using the whole internal mind system. You see it, feel it, & hear it to be true.
4. There is no psychological reversal because you address why it will not work first. I call it release and affirm program. You go directly to the cause instead of trying to over ride it (fears, memories, judgments) with tapping and just words. Addressing the whole system changes the whole system.
5. Again you must release and shift the whole system (images, sounds and feelings) Obviously, there are some unconscious information within saying it’s not a good idea to be healthy and we have proof internally. The tapping communicates on the level of the unconscious. Feelings, images, and sounds but the key that gets your conscious attention quickly is FEELINGS/EMOTIONS/FEARS

Secondly,it takes me a lot of sessions(something about 30) to let it away.
Is it normal ? Because in videos only a few sessions are needs to let go feelings away. Thank you
The key is to do what it takes to change how you feel. At first it will take a while because you haven’t trained your brain to release and let it go. Everybody is different and it all depends on how we internalize the problem and its roots. I believe the key is to change the memory to where it is a positive event. Keep tapping until there is total peace even if it takes days! Do it until you get total release. That would be your gift. I can’t put video clips longer than 10 minutes.
Could I ask another question,please ? Do you think that it is good to use on one problem EFT and later BSFF or TAT ? I havent read BSFF manual yet, is it useful ? Thank you
It is always good to release and let go of what hurts or bothers you. I mix and match all the time and that is why I developed the process I now use. The mind switches all the time from one process to another.
Could I ask you ,whether with faster eft is possible to cure my sun allergy? And how to proceed it . Thank you
Cure is an interesting word but I do believe you can use the tapping process to release and shift your bodies response to the sun. The mind is powerful enough the heal the body once you use its system that it uses to manifest the seemly problem.

When I successfully tapped on very bad experiences, should I forget on them?Or I will remember them without emotions ?
Secondly,could you recommand me,short instruction how to defeat social phobia?I thought firstly to tap on all bad experiences and after that on aspects (about my believe)? Or is there better solution? Thank you
Any issue you want to change you must do it this way. First look for proof that would support the reason why you have the problem (experiences, memories, what you create within you to give it meaning). Then go to each memory, tapping on each one until it changes to a neutral then making it to what you want. I believe it is the only way to do it at the deepest level.
